The design goal for this new employee orientation center was to encourage excitement and embrace new team members' potential. The space had to embody the concept of stacking functions and be completely flexible to cater to the orientation's full day program all while reflecting the client's mission and collaborative culture. Many tasks included space planning and journey/experience diagrams, storage studies, furniture specifications that fit within the menial storage allowance, custom furniture design, and working closely with graphics to create unforgettable moments with interactive spaces.
